Announcements for everyone & for your choir
1.
30th
Anniversary Gala - Congratulations to all of our students!
Have
a great summer and we look forward to seeing you in the fall!
2. MUSIC
RETURN
Please account for all your music and make sure any markings of any kind
are erased before returning your music to your rehearsal assistant at
the end of rehearsal today!
Thank you for caring responsibly for your music and for your help
in keeping our music library in good condition for years to come!
Music that is returned after the Gala should be mailed to The St. Louis
Children's Choirs, 2842 N
Ballas Road,
St. Louis MO
63131
or brought in to the Choir Office during business hours.
Make sure the student’s name and 2007-2008 choir are marked
clearly on a post-it attached to the music so that we credit your
account for your music and do not bill you for missing music.
Music that is not returned by May 30th
will be charged to your account.
Thank you!
3. EVALUATION RESULTS & RE-ENROLLMENT
Evaluation results and enrollment forms for the 2008-2009 season will be
sent to your home in June!
Please do not call the Choir Office with questions regarding evaluation
results before receiving the information in the mail.
Thank you for your
understanding!
REMINDERS FOR ALL PARENTS:
Please call the Choir
Office if your student is ill and will miss a rehearsal.
Please specify which choir
your student is a member of.
