“I think The St. Louis Children’s Choirs are carrying on a very important mission. That mission is that every child in the community should have the opportunity to be empowered musically and socially through the art of choral music, choral singing. …the program’s standard of music education and the quality of concert performance stands as a benchmark for artistic and educational excellence. The St. Louis Children’s Choirs are among the foremost young choirs in the world today.”

~ Dr. Doreen Rao
Director of the Institute for Choral Music Education and Elmer Isler Chair of Conducting at the University of Toronto

Welcome!

The St. Louis Children's Choirs
invites you and your family to join us this season.

The Children's Choirs includes 500 talented young singers (ages 6 to 18) from more than 250 schools
in Missouri and Illinois who bring their artistry and love of classical, sacred, contemporary, and world music
to the stage for everyone to enjoy.

Under the leadership of Artistic Director Barbara Berner, an outstanding music faculty empowers
young musicians through a challenging and diverse curriculum and seven ensemble levels that match
the children's music abilities. For over 30 years, The St. Louis Children’s Choirs has offered young artists
