Ben Nordstrom serves as Executive Director of The St. Louis Children's Choirs, providing leadership for strategy, fundraising, operations, finance, marketing, and community engagement. He works closely with Artistic Director Dr. Alyson Moore, the Board of Directors, families, donors, and community partners to advance the Choirs' mission and ensure its long-term growth and sustainability.A Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), Ben brings extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, organizational development, and philanthropy. During his tenure with the Choirs, contributed revenue has grown by 134%, and the organization has expanded its reach through new program locations and partnerships, including initiatives at COCA and Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.Before entering nonprofit leadership, Ben enjoyed a distinguished career as a professional actor, singer, and educator, performing in more than 70 productions in St. Louis, New York, and across the country. His artistic background informs his passion for ensuring that every young person has access to high-quality arts education that fosters confidence, creativity, discipline, and lifelong growth.
